My proposal as a teacher in training based on the process of participation, observation and research

As a teacher in training and during the development of this course I had to solve and propose solutions and innovation alternatives where problem-solving activities were presented from an analytical and reflective perspective as in the development of the simulation and propose alternatives through observation. In each of the field diaries the most notable situations that I could see during the development of this course were some such as; The lack of implementation of innovative methods and strategies as an innovative method in the teaching-learning process, where I proposed the implementation of technology as a significant means to provide an assertive solution, since if we manage a virtual modality as was my scenario, the most convenient is Implement multiple technological tools as a way to innovate and improve the teaching-learning process. It is not based only on teaching for the sake of teaching, but we must have a clear objective. We must also implement methods that motivate and allow the students to assimilate knowledge more easily. Simple through an eye-catching, dynamic, and creative method, which allows the student to enjoy their training process, we are simply the counselors and guides who provide information, but the main actor is the student who must intervene and build their knowledge through autonomous, reflective and analytical training so that you understand what you learn.

An innovative proposal that I proposed through a simulated problem situation was based on alternatives and methods for teaching English through laboratories where I proposed a reflective research process where those involved in this process would intervene, reflect, and analyze the situation and in a way critics will opt for innovative proposals, in this activity I highlighted the importance of implementing the investigative process in the solution of problems that arise daily in the educational context, research allows us to analyze, reflect and interpret to make the best decisions. In addition, this process finds the causes of this problem and focuses on a collaborative and participatory process.

The different innovative proposals that I was able to propose trained me and provided leadership tools since as teachers we are in charge of leading and seeking solutions to the factors that affect the educational context negatively, therefore we must be analytical, reflective, and investigative subjects.

My proposed objectives

Obtain innovative tools that would allow me to train as a teacher who innovates and transforms the teaching-learning process through methods and strategies that contribute significantly to the teaching-learning process. 3.  Live a significant experience and process through teamwork, observation, and significant intervention in the educational context. 4.  Acquire autonomous, investigative, critical, and reflective thinking regarding the teaching-learning process, as a method of meaningful training. 5.  Enjoy my learning process.

Through this course, I learned the great importance of training as a teacher who innovates and transforms the teaching-learning process through strategies, methods, and approaches that are assertive and contribute to the acquisition of significant knowledge, since beyond filling an information mind my goal should be not to teach for the moment but to teach for life.
